Why young people?

Furthermore, the goals and expectations of a 21st century child are very demanding and the biggest challenge we as Parents face is to prepare our children with thetools they will need to find their passion and make the right choices in life.
Very often children end upfeeling like victims in their own lives as their parents tell them what to do, their teachers tell them what to do, and they feel conflicted to do what their friends tell them to do wanting to fit into their peer group. If children are not proactively taught how to develop a Mindset based on Empowerment, it will evolve on its own as a result of exposure from the media, influence from their peers, and how they decide to interpret their life experiences. This often leads to stressed out children– something none of us want for our child!
When children are equipped from a young age with Powerful Mindset and Leadership Skills,they develop the confidence to handle any situationand able to make better choices for themselves and for people around them. As they feel more in control of their lives and understand the power of choice, it enhances their Self-Esteem.
How kids feel about themselves when they're young and what they believe is possible for them to achieve is the greatest determining factor of how successful and happy they will be in the future. When their Self-Esteem is no longer dependent on who they are, what they do or what they have, it takes the lid off their potential so that they can grow up to thrive in their lives and become happier and successful adults.
